Hey peeps the trip is less then 2 days time. Haha I bet some of you’re excited. I just want to let your know that during training, if I didn’t hear wrongly, we would be grouped according to our skill level. I don’t want your to be demoralized if you’re not with your good friend or with your group. If you’re like a level lower then your friends then treat this as a reminder to work harder. I really hope that this can be treated as a wake up call for some of your.
Secondly, I really hope no one would stay up late to party almost everyday when we are there. I do not wish anyone to fall sick because of lack of sleep. I’m serious when I say sleep by 11. The best is to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep, if possible. Nothing lesser then 6.5 hours. If you go there and you fall ill, the trip there would be fruitless, and I hope none of you would want that. Your can go visiting, but please to do visit until late at night. Your can party on Thursday as the next day there is no training.
I wish that your can bring some energy food instead of junk food. Ahem ahem. For the reflection before you leave for the trip must be done. If there is no space in there for you to write then write on a post it and paste it in. This booklet must be brought along!
While for the attire, please be reminded that we can only wear straight cut fbts (if you’re wearing it ), not the cut it kind. We really don’t want the guys to get horned up. (: And to reemphasize please to do be late! And we are the ambassadors of our school and country, please behave properly when you’re outside.
Sleep early on Sunday night, I don’t think training is going to be easy if under 12 can beat us (: But we will put in our 110% during this trip and make it to the top 4 AGAIN!
